Refund Policy
STRIVE HOOPS REFUND POLICY
All STRIVE HOOPS registrations are considered a commitment for the full program or season. Registration fees and payments are non-refundable once a player's registration has been confirmed. Refunds or credits will not be issued for missed sessions, vacations, scheduling conflicts, illness, changes in personal circumstances, or a player's decision to discontinue participation. If STRIVE HOOPS cancels a program or is unable to provide a substantial portion of the scheduled programming, STRIVE HOOPS may provide a make-up, program credit, or refund when appropriate. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed at the sole discretion of STRIVE HOOPS.
